On May 15, 2012, our company successfully delivered a total of 13 valve products to Changsha Tianwei Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. for the development of a new type of fully static pile pressing machine system. The new type of fully static pile pressing machine system is a solution developed by Changsha Tianwei Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. through thorough research on the development trend of pile pressing machines at home and abroad, and jointly developed by multiple experts, which can replace the current pile pressing machine system in the market. The system mainly has the following characteristics:
1. Using a pilot oil source valve to provide partial oil supply to each multi-channel directional valve, fully utilizing the energy of the oil supply source, making the system more compact.
2. Slewing, winding, luffing, and telescoping are controlled by a full load sensor control valve, enabling each action to achieve infinite proportional speed regulation function when operated separately or in combination, without being affected by external load size, achieving the goal of energy conservation.
3. Using a pilot valve to remotely control the reversing action of multiple valves in the crane, and using an electric control method to control the lower part of the vehicle, the operation is more convenient and the cab space is saved more.
4. The rotary valve adopts a patented balance valve with load sensitive function, and the liquid resistance and flow rate change synchronously and in reverse. While ensuring stable control, it has low energy consumption and low heat generation.
5. Each multi-channel directional valve adopts a casting type, greatly improving its processing performance.
Changsha is the birthplace of pile drivers in China, and the vast majority of pile drivers currently come from Hunan. The success of this project will greatly improve the problems of low power utilization, high energy consumption, complex operation, and low grade of pile drivers in Hunan. It will greatly promote the update and replacement of pile driver products, thereby enhancing the equipment level of engineering machinery in China.
