On April 20th, the joint launch ceremony of the 2021 Changzhutan Three Cities Intellectual Property Promotion Week was held in Changsha. The theme of this promotion is "Strengthening regional cooperation on intellectual property rights and safeguarding the integrated development of Changsha, Zhuzhou, and Xiangtan".

The main principals of Changsha Intellectual Property Office, Zhuzhou Market Supervision Administration, Xiangtan Market Supervision Administration, Tianxin District Party Committee, District Government and Tianxin Economic Development Zone Management Committee attended the event. Zhang Zhiyong, Zhu Zhenxiang, and Dong Wei delivered speeches on behalf of the three cities. The National "14th Five Year Plan" for 2035 clearly proposes to promote the coordinated development of urban agglomerations in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River, accelerate the construction of Wuhan, Changsha, Zhuzhou, and Xiangtan metropolitan areas, and create an important growth pole in the country. Standing at a new historical starting point, Changsha, Zhuzhou, and Xiangtan work together to discuss, cooperate, and seek development. This is not only a powerful exploration of cross regional cooperation in intellectual property work, but also a full manifestation of the integrated development of the Changsha Zhuzhou Xiangtan metropolitan area.
At the event site, Sun Jin, secretary and director of the Party Leadership Group of Changsha Intellectual Property Office, Ji Zhenjun, secretary and director of the Party Leadership Group of Zhuzhou Market Supervision and Administration Bureau, and Mo Qiuhua, director of Xiangtan Market Supervision and Administration Bureau jointly signed the Cooperation Agreement on Co construction and Sharing of Intellectual Property Resources in Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan. The representatives of the three parties have achieved joint construction and sharing cooperation in intellectual property think tank resources, university intellectual property achievements, intellectual property service resources, and intellectual property administrative law enforcement cooperation. In the future, the three cities of Changsha, Zhuzhou, and Xiangtan will establish an intellectual property expert think tank, carry out cross regional university intellectual property transformation and docking activities, establish a rapid confirmation and early warning analysis service platform for intellectual property rights, and an advanced manufacturing patent service platform for Changsha, Zhuzhou, and Xiangtan, providing strong support for the integrated and high-quality development of the Changsha, Zhuzhou, and Xiangtan region and the implementation of the "three high and four new" strategy.

The on-site transformation of intellectual property rights in universities can effectively promote the matching and integration of innovative achievements in universities and advantageous industrial chains. At the event site, the signing ceremony of the cooperation agreement on intellectual property transformation projects between intellectual property universities and enterprises in Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan was organized. Three universities, Central South University, Hunan University and Hunan University of Science and Technology, signed cooperation agreements on intellectual property transformation projects with six enterprises, including Hunan Ouhua Technology Co., Ltd., Hunan Luxing Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. and Hunan Honghui Technology Co., Ltd. The agreement will transform 14 patents, including 8 invention patents, There are 6 utility model patents, with a total transfer transaction amount of 74.5372 million yuan.
