On May 24th, the Fenglong Petroleum self elevating self-propelled engineering ship "Fenglong 1", which Hunan Honghui Technology participated in research, completed a full sea lifting experiment. The 4200 ton hull relied on our independently developed pile leg lifting electro-hydraulic control system to achieve precise, efficient, and stable horizontal attitude control within a 75 meter lifting range.
The platform lifting system of this ship adopts the first domestic "closed hydraulic lifting system" independently developed by our company. The ship has a length of 65m, a width of 41m, a depth of 5m, and is equipped with a cantilever beam, an offshore workover rig, and a dynamic positioning system. The cantilever beam can cover 12m × An effective area of 7m and a speed of 5 knots.
The three pile legs have a hydraulic pump station, which is compact in structure and saves valuable platform space; Two main motors operate simultaneously for each pile leg, serving as backup for each other; Adopting an independent lifting circuit, it has the characteristics of no mutual influence, safety and reliability, and simple control.
Real time monitoring and recording of system pressure, speed, oil temperature, liquid level, power, platform levelness and other operating parameters. The system is equipped with functions such as lifting, lowering, pre loading, pre loading, lowering, pile raising, pile lowering, positioning, pile lowering, and pile pulling. It adapts to various operational requirements of the platform and automatically runs corresponding programs after selecting working conditions. The control system is highly automated and easy to operate.
The hydraulic lifting system is the core equipment of offshore platforms (including service platforms and drilling platforms), which is related to the safety of the entire platform. However, due to the late start of the domestic offshore industry, the high-end closed hydraulic lifting systems used on offshore platforms are currently monopolized by foreign brands, resulting in expensive procurement and use costs. At present, domestic lifting systems not only have low selectivity, but are also open hydraulic lifting systems that have been phased out since the 1990s in foreign countries.
As a professional supplier of overall hydraulic control solutions, Honghui Technology, with years of technological accumulation, not only provides safe and reliable products and services, but also ends the decades long monopoly of imported products in the field of offshore lifting control, marking the Chinese name card for the integration of electro-hydraulic systems in the offshore oil field. The hydraulic, electrical, and control programs of the system have all obtained marine product certificates issued by CCS classification society.
